All Sales Are Final
Due to the nature of research chemicals and to ensure the integrity of our products, all sales are final. We do not accept returns for change of mind.
Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a product that is damaged in transit or has a manufacturing defect, please contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Photos of the damaged product and packaging
- A description of the issue
We will review your claim and, if approved, provide a replacement at no additional cost.
Wrong Item Received
If you receive the wrong product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. We will arrange for the correct item to be shipped to you at no cost.
Order Cancellation
To request a cancellation, contact us at support@thepeptidedepot.ca as soon as possible with your order number. We will do our best to accommodate requests made before your order has been processed for shipment. Once an order has been shipped, it is considered final.
Refund Timeline
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 5–10 business days to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your financial institution.
